Under the leadership of Apostles Vance and Debbie, the elders at Arise
are responsible for the care and well being of the church members and
each has unique ministry responsiblities based on their individual
giftings and anointings. The Lord is working mightily through these
dedicated men & women and their ministries. We present their
pictures here and we welcome you to meet them when you come to Arise.
