Senior Pastors & Founders
Vance and Debbie Russell are an accomplished ministry team spreading the word of the Lord in Central Texas, but also around the globe. They are the founders and vision holders of Arise Ministries International, a governing territorial ministry based in Austin Texas. By calling, Vance is an apostle/prophet, Debbie a prophet/apostle. They are confirmed by the Lord and commissioned by their covering, Dr. (Bishop) Bill Hamon. Their fifteen years of prophetic and apostolic ministry is marked by clear words of wisdom, knowledge and sharp prophetic direction. They have been raised up by God to dismantle the religious system and establish God's Kingdom by restoring passion to the body of Christ. Their apostolic and prophetic mantle and keen insight into the heart of Father God is bringing healing, restoration and deliverance to many in the church.
Under the umbrella of Arise Ministries International, the Russell’s have established and serve as the Senior Pastors of Arise Christian Fellowship, a Christian International Apostolic Network Church under the leadership of Bishop Bill Hamon. In addition, the Lord is currently expanding their tent stakes into the UK where an AMI church satellite is being established as well as into San Antonio, Texas where monthly services have been established to bring prophetic ministry to many who are hungry for the word of the Lord.
Vance and Debbie live in Austin, Texas. They have a daughter, Dana and a son, Ryan who both work in the administrative area of their ministry. They also have a grandson, Noah who is a blessing and delight to them.
