Let a new sound be released

with joyful songs!"

I will praise him."

Praise & Worship
|
| |
Adoration belongs to God and no one else.
We all have been called to adore our Father.
This holy admiration should happen everywhere without reservation.
|
Worship
is a personal expression that exalts Jesus. You can relate to the Lord
at whatever level you are spiritually. Wherever worship is, the Holy
Spirit and the Lord will be present. God loves it when we worship Him.

Worship at Work
|
As I sat
in my chair, I began to speak to God and ask Him what His will is for
my company. I saw a vision of His spirit like a cloud rushing into the
building and began to sing about the release of the Spirit that was
soon to come here. I began to decree and declare in song over the
leaders who were so diligent in their work. The release of God's
success over everything here was like a breath of fresh air that filled
my work space.

Worship at Home
|
In the
midst of all the pressures that seemed to build during the day, I
stepped into my prayer room and knew without a doubt that God was
there. Though my circumstances seemed to be dictating hopelessness to
me, the tears that flowed down my face were so filled with joy and
expectancy for all the incredible things that God was really doing
inside my family and me. The really special worship times have been
when my husband, children, and I have gathered together really close
and filled the air with songs of love and honor to our king. It is
during these times that the testimony of Jesus has begun to break forth
though my life and flow like a mighty river. Whether singing, praying,
or prophesying God's awesome provision and faithfulness, the worship He
inspires is nothing less than supernatural.

Worship at Church
|
So many
times when I arrive at church it seems that the week has engulfed my
attention. However, on the way to service, God to says to me, "are you
ready for what I have for you tonight?" Inside every part of me is
crying out Yes, Lord! As I approach the sanctuary, my anticipation
grows because I can already feel His presence, He is ready and waiting.
Every care, every issue that seemed to be heavy is released from my
shoulders. I am amazed at how I can worship in the midst of all of
these people with one voice and purpose but find that quiet place as if
it is just Him and me. Worshipping with other believers is so powerful!
When there is unity like that my faith increases, God's blessing is
evident, He moves where we are! Wow, I can't help but be different when
I come and worship with other believers.
At Arise Christian Fellowship, we have learned that worship is a
lifestyle. It is that place of submission and intimacy with the Lord
that resigns our agendas and opinions and says "You are God; You are
worthy; You are holy".
